Day 43

I did my chest, shoulder and triceps. I felt good after the workout. Sore, but not in pain like i usually do. I'm posting this tuesday for yesterdays workout, and I'll tell you I must be getting used to this exercise because the last two times I've done this I've been in pain for the entire week. Anyway, I can't wait til I'm officially 1/2 way done with this workout!
