Day 36

Chest, shoulder, and triceps. Last week, I purposely lifted weights I knew i could handle. Off the top of my head I think I either posted very little information or said that it was slightly easy. So today, I decided to kick it up a notch. I went a little bit more all out, and I can tell the difference in my triceps. Its definately the area I need most work on. Last week I did most of my exercises at 10 lbs. Today I did it at 12.5. It was hard. I think next week or the week after I'll be ready for 15 lbs. But for now, 12.5 is a real challenge.

Day 36 already! Yikes, I'm almost 1/2 way done!
