Redoing day 57+

Last week (which should've been week 2 of phase 3) I was ill with a nasty cold. I would be tired from walking!

So Now that I'm feeling better, I feel like instead of pushing on to week 2, I need to redo week 1 of phase 3. I'll be trying to squeeze in chest/back tomorow morning and then pylometrics (or some form of cardio) tomorow evening.
