Just to remind myself and readers where I am physically, I would say I'm in decent shape. I'm going to try and "Bring it" and see how well I can do with these p90x exercises.
So far I have to say I've tried a few of the new moves that I've observed and they have all killed me so far. Ab ripper x destroyed me, doing a few chest + back exercises caused me to strain some muscles in my back (i'm okay now, and will attempt a full chest back routine to prepare for the full schedule), and pylometrics caused my legs to become numb and hard to move for a few days. I'm excited to try it, but I need to prepare myself physically a bit more before I jump into the schedule. I printed out the sheets, and my first day will officially be June 30th.
Til then I'm going to get myself ready. I'll let you know how it goes.
